Know the price before you order
Every station shows its price per litre and when it was last updated, so you can tell a fresh price from an old one. You pay the price you were quoted.

Questions
Do I need to install an app or sign up?
No. Send us a message on WhatsApp and order in the chat. There is nothing to install and no form to fill.
Do you need my BVN, NIN or ID?
No. We use your WhatsApp number, your name as shown on WhatsApp and the delivery address you give us.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer to the account shown in the chat, provided through Safe Haven MFB, or from your Axis Fuel wallet.
How do I know the rider is genuine?
Riders are checked before they can take orders, and the chat tells you who is coming. Keep your delivery code to yourself until the fuel is in your hands.
Is it safe?
Fuel is bought at a filling station and carried directly to you. Order only what you need, keep it away from flames and store it in a suitable container.
What if something goes wrong?
Reply in the same WhatsApp chat and someone on our team will help. If an order cannot be completed after you have paid, the money goes back to your Axis Fuel wallet.
