The rider gives your attendant a 4 digit code. The attendant sends it and sees exactly what to sell.

The moment the rider confirms collection, the fuel cost goes to your station's Axis Fuel balance.

Paid for every collection
No invoices and no chasing. Each pickup is paid when the rider confirms it, and your manager withdraws whenever they choose.
- Customers pay first. A rider is sent only after the bank confirms the customer's payment.
- The code protects you. Fuel goes only to the rider who has the right code for your station.
- A message for every payment. Your attendants see each one, your manager sees the balance.
Questions from stations
Do we need new equipment or an app?
No. Your manager and attendants use WhatsApp on their own phones. We register them by their numbers.
When are we paid?
As soon as the rider confirms collection, the fuel cost goes to your station's Axis Fuel balance. Your manager can withdraw it to the station's bank account at any time.
What if a rider has no code?
Do not dispense. Every Axis Fuel pickup comes with a code that only works at your station, and we only pay for pickups confirmed with it.
Who can see the balance and withdraw?
Only the people you register as managers. Attendants get a message for each payment but cannot withdraw.
How do customers see our price?
When a customer near you orders, your station appears with your latest price and how long ago you updated it. Fresh prices win more orders.
